DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) is a healthy eating plan that focuses on nutrients that can help lower blood pressure.
The Coastal Health District’s Chronic Disease Prevention Program offers free, virtual sessions that teach you how simple changes to your diet can have a big impact on your blood pressure and overall health.
The DASH course is taught in a series of three virtual sessions that provide information about how to start and stay on the DASH eating plan, including menus and recipes.
