SUMMARY:McIntosh County Diabetes Support Group
DESCRIPTION:The McIntosh County Health Department\, in partnership with the Talki Foundation\, sponsors a monthly Diabetes Support Group to provide education\, resources\, and a supportive community for individuals living with diabetes and their families. \nMeetings will be held on the first Thursday of every month from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the McIntosh County Health Department\, 1335 GA-57 in Eulonia. Blood glucose and blood pressure screenings will be provided at every meeting. \nFor more information\, please contact Cristina Gibson at 912-484-1885.
