Children 1st is the entry point into all public health programs and services for children, birth – 5 years old. Children 1st helps identify at-risk children and links them with early intervention services that will help promote healthy development. The program helps parents and caregivers find resources in their community to meet the needs of their families. There is no cost to you and the program is voluntary.
