The Chatham County Board of Health, Savannah, Georgia is soliciting competitive sealed bids from firms that are interested in and capable of providing construction materials, supplies and services for approximately 50×60, 3000 square foot warehouse building to be located at or near Health Department property as shown on the project plans, Savannah, Georgia; Bid # 2025-#7. The project involves providing materials, supplies and the construction of the building in accordance with certain plans prepared by the project architect. A Bid Bond of 5% is required of all Bidders. ALL BIDDERS MUST ATTEND A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AT 1395 EISENHOWER DRIVE, SAVANNAH, GEORGIA ON MARCH 27, 2025 AT 2:00 P.M. SEALED BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND RECEIVED BY APRIL 17, 2025 AT 2:00 P.M. THE CHATHAM COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH HAS THE AUTHORITY TO REJECT ALL BIDS AND WAIVE MINOR FORMALITIES.
