We care about your total well-being, not just your HIV status. That’s why our HIV CARE Centers offer case management services, including:
Transportation Assistance
Our case managers can help you access transportation for your medical appointments with us. We can give you bus tickets or van rides if public transportation options exist in your area. We may be able to give you a gas card.
Counseling
You can live a happy and healthy life with HIV, but sometimes life gets stressful. Our staff can provide stress management counseling to help you manage the ups and downs. We also provide partner counseling.
Support in Living with HIV
Our CARE Centers offer peer counselors and HIV support groups to help reduce isolation and build a sense of community.
Other Support Services
Additional supportive services, such as emergency financial assistance, food vouchers, housing assistance, support groups, etc., are available by referral through various community providers and partners.
