The McIntosh County Health Department, in partnership with the Talki Foundation, sponsors a monthly Diabetes Support Group to provide education, resources, and a supportive community for individuals living with diabetes and their families.

Meetings will be held on the first Thursday of every month from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the McIntosh County Health Department, 1335 GA-57 in Eulonia. Blood glucose and blood pressure screenings will be provided at every meeting.
