The Glynn County Health Department will hold a Freshstart smoking cessation class on June 28, 29, 30. The three-day class will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on each day at the Glynn County Health Department located at 2747 4th Street in Brunswick. No registration required.

Freshstart is the American Cancer Society’s smoking cessation program. It is designed to equip tobacco users with the tools they will need to quit for good. Freshstart classes cover topics including stress management, the benefits of quitting smoking, methods of quitting smoking, and avoiding a return to smoking.
Space is limited and registration is required.
