Healthy Heart Ambassadors

Healthy Heart Ambassadors is a blood pressure self-monitoring program. Through this free program, you’ll learn how to monitor your own blood pressure, how to record and track your blood pressure readings, what can cause elevated readings, and how to take control of your heart health.

The Healthy Heart Ambassadors program is an investment in your health and a commitment to reducing your risk for heart attack or stroke.

The 4-month program includes:

Program participants are asked to attend 2 personalized consultations per month (during office hours) as well as the monthly nutrition education seminar.
