The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is a special program that provides nutrition education, vouchers to buy healthy foods, breastfeeding support, and more. We could use your help getting the word out about this fantastic program to eligible families in our communities!
We are looking for volunteers throughout our eight-county public health district to attend a one-hour WIC ambassador training session. WIC ambassadors can learn more about the program and share that information with others who might benefit.
WIC Ambassador training sessions are held online the 3rd Friday of every month at 10 a.m.
