The Chatham County Board of Health has proposed adoption of two land use resolutions at its next scheduled meeting on August 14, 2024. One resolution is regarding the use of onsite sewage management systems for non-domestic or high strength wastewater, and the other resolution is regarding the installation of onsite sewage management systems within the special flood hazard area. A public hearing will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at the Chatham County Health Department, 1395 Eisenhower Drive, in Savannah to discuss the new resolutions and take oral or written comments.
